Information that will be needed when contacting Maxwell:
- Merchant ID
- Product type & Quantity
- Shipping Contact & Address
- A credit card may be required at the time of service
When calling, Maxwell representatives will verify the name of the caller, DBA address and phone number. Once your order has been submitted, Maxwell will use the business email address on file to send tracking information once the order has shipped. If no email address is on file, Maxwell will ask you to provide it.
