If you're new to Chase, or have recently upgraded, or just need a refresher on your product's capabilities, you can call to speak to us at 800.473.5331. Our Merchant Training team is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central).

Our Training Department will make every attempt to accommodate the date and time of your request. If all representatives are busy at that time, an alternate time will be offered.
